Ercan Airport Incident:

Around 4:00 PM, during inspections conducted by the Narcotics and Anti-Smuggling Directorate teams at Ercan Airport, Narcotic Detector Dog PAMİR reacted to M.L.D. (F-25), who was entering the country. A search of the individual and their belongings revealed approximately 2 grams of marijuana-type drugs, 30 grams of marijuana mixed with tobacco, and a grinder containing 5 broken pills believed to contain drug residue. These items were seized as evidence.

Beyköy, Cihangir, Gökhan, Düzova, and Paşaköy experiencing power outages.

The individual in question has been arrested, and the investigation is ongoing.

Karaoğlanoğlu Incident:

On the same day, around 6:00 PM in Karaoğlanoğlu, a search of the residence of A.K. (M-28) and E.K. (M-27) by narcotics teams resulted in the discovery of a total of 150 grams of marijuana in ready-to-sell packages, a precision scale and scissors believed to contain drug residue, and 2,600 TL in cash believed to be proceeds from drug sales. These items were seized as evidence.

The individuals in question have also been arrested, and the investigation is continuing.
